Service basis

We sell ready-made 3D printed products and provide custom file printing services for customer-uploaded files.

Ready-made products

Ready-made products are sold as listed in the catalogue, subject to stock, production capacity, and available colour/material options.

Custom file printing

Custom uploaded files are subject to technical review. Payment secures the order, but production begins only after file review.

Customer responsibility

For custom orders, the customer is responsible for checking the file, scale, dimensions, intended use, and rights to request the print.

Right to refuse work

We may reject, cancel, or refund orders that are unsuitable, unsafe, illegal, infringing, unprintable, or outside our service scope.

Print limitations

3D printed products may show layer lines, small surface variation, support marks, and dimensional tolerance differences.

Non-safety-critical use

Products are not supplied for safety-critical, medical, regulated, load-certified, or life-supporting applications unless explicitly agreed in writing.
