What is the main service?

The main service is selling ready-made 3D printed products through the shop catalogue.

Can I still upload my own STL file?

Yes. Custom file printing is available through the Custom 3D Printing page.

Do you offer collection?

No. At launch, this is a shipping-only service.

Where do you ship?

At launch, orders are shipped within Ireland only.

What materials do you use?

Launch materials are PLA and PETG unless a product listing says otherwise.

Will products be perfectly smooth?

No. FDM 3D printed products may show layer lines, minor surface variation, and support marks.

Can I return a ready-made product?

Ready-made products may be handled differently from custom orders. Check the refund policy for the current rules.

Can I cancel a custom print?

Custom print orders may be refundable before production starts. Once production starts, refunds are limited unless the issue is caused by us.
