Ready-made products listed on the website are sold as physical 3D printed items and are not sold as downloadable digital model files unless specifically stated.

Customer-uploaded files

By uploading a file, the customer confirms they own the file or have permission to use it and request printing.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring uploaded files do not infringe copyright, trademark, design rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Use of files

Uploaded files are used for reviewing and fulfilling the customer order. They are not sold as digital files by us.

Right to reject

We may reject or cancel orders where ownership, permission, or lawful use is unclear.
