Items we do not accept

We do not accept orders for illegal, unsafe, harmful, regulated, or infringing items.

• Weapons or weapon parts
• Items intended to harm people or animals
• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing items
• Files the customer does not have the right to use
• Safety-critical parts
• Medical implants, medical devices, or life-supporting components
• Regulated or restricted-use parts

Right to reject

We may reject or refund any order we consider unsafe, unlawful, inappropriate, or outside our service scope.
