Ready-made products are handled according to the standard refund and cancellation rules shown on this site and applicable consumer rules.

Custom orders before production starts

Custom print orders may be refunded before production starts if the file is unsuitable, the order cannot be fulfilled, or cancellation is agreed.

Custom orders after production starts

Once custom production has started, refunds are limited because the item is made to the customer file and requirements.

Faults caused by us

If the print fault is caused by our production error, we may offer a reprint, partial refund, or refund depending on the issue.

Customer file issues

For custom orders, we are not responsible for faults caused by incorrect scale, poor model design, unsuitable geometry, unclear requirements, or customer-supplied file errors.

Refund method

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method.
